Five-axis optical turntable

In the automotive and aerospace industries, accurate and repeatable photometric parameters must be tested on a large number of samples. The five-axis optical platform plays an important role in this, enabling precise positioning at different angles and brightness and color measurements. The sample is placed on the clamping device and rotated in two dimensions on the two-axis goniometer, while the instrument moves in three dimensions in a straight line on the XYZ axis.


  • System composition

  • • The frame is installed with 3 integrated linear units (X, Y and Z axis are equipped with 5 linear guides in total, and Z axis is equipped with two auxiliary guides in addition to the main guide)

  • Y-axis: You can control the slider to drive TOP200 and imaging colorimeter vertically up and down

  • X axis: the slide block can be controlled to drive the linear guide rail of Y axis to move horizontally and left

  • Z-axis: the slider can be controlled to drive the X-axis to move horizontally back and forth (the working distance of the camera). At the same time, two auxiliary guide rails are equipped on both sides
