GL 1.0 Handheld Spectroradiometer

The Spectis 1.0 handheld spectroradiometer was developed to allow people outside the laboratory to verify the quality of light, but it provides a portable, reliable and repeatable optical measurement device. Our design focus is simple-to provide lighting professionals with practical equipment they can trust. When you need on-site measurement and decision, you don't need to send everything to the main laboratory for testing.

The device is equipped with a Hamamatsu sensor to provide stable, low-noise electronics to increase its dynamic range, and a temperature sensor to monitor and compensate for dark current drift. We have added an interchangeable accessory system to support different types of measurements. Finally, it is equipped with a precisely designed measuring head to provide reliable illumination measurement. Initially used as a handheld device, despite its small size, it was a powerful instrument that became part of the many different optical measurement systems we offer today.
