CAS 125-Very short measurement time, best optical performance!

Instrument Systems' CAS 125 is specifically designed to meet the needs of high-throughput all-weather production applications. Simultaneously complete various measurement tasks in the laboratory and development process.

For optical testing in the production line, time is critical. Thanks to the CMOS sensor with precision readout electronics, the new CAS 125 array spectrometer can achieve an extremely short measurement time as low as 10 μs. The overall stability of the sensor guarantees dark current behavior that is not affected by environmental conditions.

The recipe mode
uses the  spectrometer SDK , which can combine thousands of measurements into one measurement series (recipe) to achieve a very short overall test time.

Low stray light and high production line throughput

The design of the spectrometer module is based on the proven high-end spectrometer CAS 140D. CAS 125 has excellent optical performance in terms of stray light and throughput, and is also very suitable for various measurement tasks in laboratories and R&D.

A wide range of accessories and comprehensive software packages further complete the CAS 125, forming a complete system suitable for a variety of spectral radiance and photometric measurement tasks. CAS 125 can be integrated into the existing software environment through the spectrometer SKD. SpecWin Pro graphical user interface supports quick start and is suitable for various applications.

All spectrometers of Instrument Systems are equipped with calibration certificates, which can be traced back to PTB or NIST calibration to ensure the highest precision measurement quality.
