  • LumiTop series display test system

  • The LumiTop series of display test systems are optimized for production quality control. The system includes a LumiTop imaging colorimeter, a CAS series high-end spectrometer and a photodiode. With this combination, all relevant optical tests can be performed in one test station. The most important test variables include:

  • Display uniformity measurement (brightness and chromaticity)

  • Defect Detection (Mura)

  • Gamma index determination

  • Flicker and brightness adjustment

  • This innovative concept supports simultaneous measurement of all three sensors. Thanks to the spectral reference measurement, it not only guarantees a very short measurement time, but also guarantees an absolute high accuracy. No matter what display technology the sample uses, LumiTop measurement solutions can be used. This solution is particularly suitable for measuring complex new display technologies, such as OLED or µLED displays.

  • LumiTop imaging colorimeter is available in three versions and has a color sensor from 6 MP to 150 MP. Through the pixel shifter, sub-pixel analysis can be performed. For example, when  LumiTop X150  is used, the resolution per color channel is 600 MP.
