Logo light test system


The system uses Westboro Photonics' P501U imaging luminance meter, with industrial cameras and PW100 multi-channel single-point colorimeter to complete the analysis of product transmittance, color, defect and position.

   Adopt modular backlight

      Main functions of the software

      The system uses an imaging brightness meter to analyze the brightness of the light-emitting area.

      The user can set the color image display with different characteristics of brightness unevenness by himself.

      Chromaticity can be set to chromaticity zone, and can be judged whether it is qualified or not.

      The software can export the pictures of the tested product and the measured data, and automatically save the test data, generate and upload data reports.


      Analytical method

     The system uses the VW algorithm in the PKG-TR (VW version) software package to automatically capture the luminous area (or diffuse reflection area) of the sample, without the need to preset AOI/POI test points. It can avoid the misalignment of the measured point and the actual light-emitting area caused by the deviation of the fixture or the installation position.

     PKG-TR (VW version) software algorithm automatically separates each light-emitting unit.

     PKG-TR (VW version) software algorithm detects whether there is a brightness jump within the specification range.
