Accurate characterization of SSL light sources and LEDs in laboratories and production environments

  The SSL/LED test system includes an ISP series integrating sphere and a powerful and complete CAS series array spectrometer. This combination provides the most accurate results with reliable reproducibility.


Our high-quality sphere measuring device is used to measure individual LEDs and LED modules to large and heavy SSL light sources according to the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) guidelines. The challenge: high quality and flexibility of measuring instruments

The measurement equipment used to implement LED production control needs to comply with strict requirements. In the laboratory (the preparation stage before the production process or quality control), in addition to the high-quality equipment, a high degree of flexibility is also required. The selection of suitable components for the sphere measuring station used to measure LED/SSL depends on the size and shape of the light source to be measured. Various LED and SSL light source designs require highly flexible systems and perfectly matched accessories, depending on the application (production or laboratory) and specific measurement conditions.

Integrating sphere                 ISP series integrating spheres, with an inner diameter of 75 mm to 1900 mm and a barium sulfate coating, can achieve high light throughput in a wide wavelength range, and are used to measure single LEDs to large lighting modules. Provide a variety of versions, options and connection options to meet various needs in the laboratory and production.
